Booking
One-to-One training takes place in your home and/or in the outside world they are generally 90 minutes sessions every two weeks, for further details please see the training page.
Please use the contact page or booking forms below to book a training session with Richard.
How to book: Just book the first session in below and we will automatically pencil in the second and third session every two weeks on the same day and time, we can adjust this if needed at the first session. You can skip the payment section, if you prefer to send payment after the first session.
